What you need

Instructions
1. Prepare the sauce by combining chopped garlic, soy sauce, mirin, gochugaru, gochujang, and honey in a small bowl and mixing well. 2. Arrange mushrooms, perilla leaves, tofu, onion, carrots, rice cakes, kimchi, instant ramen, cilantro, and beef in sections within a large, shallow pot. 3. Pour beef bone broth or water into the pot, enough to come up the sides of the ingredients. 4. Spoon the prepared sauce over the top of the ingredients in the pot. 5. Place the pot on the stove over medium-high heat and bring it to a boil. 6. Let it cook, stirring occasionally to submerge the ingredients, until the beef is cooked through and the noodles are tender. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions, sliced red chili, and a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
