Dubu Jorim with Beef
Serves 220 mins prep30 mins cook
A savory Korean braised tofu dish made with thinly sliced beef in a flavorful sauce. It's a comforting and easy-to-make meal, perfect when served over rice. I use Korean tuna sauce, not fish sauce!
