head cabbage

tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
1. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. 2. Slice the onion and cabbage. 3. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, mirin, honey, gochugaru, and gochujang to create the sauce. 4. Heat oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it begins to brown. 5. Add the sliced onion and cabbage to the pan with the chicken. 6. Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients in the pan. Add a splash of water. 7. Stir everything together until well-combined and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 8. Push the stir-fry to one side of the pan. Add the shredded cheese to the empty side and allow it to melt completely. 9. Garnish the dish with a drizzle of sesame oil, chopped green onions, and crumbled seaweed. 10. Serve hot, dipping the spicy chicken and vegetables into the melted cheese.
