A simple and quick one-pot Korean dish featuring thinly sliced beef layered with soybean sprouts and green onions, simmered in a savory sauce and finished with enoki mushrooms.

What you need

bunch green onion

lb beef

tbsp sesame seed

cup soy sauce

tsp sesame oil

cup mirin

bunch enoki mushrooms

lb bean sprouts
Instructions
1. Place a layer of chopped green onions on the bottom of a pot. 2. Add a layer of soybean sprouts on top of the green onions. 3. Place the thinly sliced beef over the soybean sprouts. 4. Pour soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil over the ingredients. 5. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes. 6. Uncover the pot and stir the ingredients to combine. 7. Add enoki mushrooms on top. 8. Continue to cook until the mushrooms are wilted and everything is cooked through. 9. Stir to combine all ingredients well. 10. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving. 11. Serve hot with steamed rice.
