What you need

bunch enoki mushrooms

clove garlic clove

tbsp honey

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp mirin

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp gochugaru

bunch spring onion

lb beef

tsp sesame seed

tbsp gochujang

lb bean sprouts
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, gochugaru, gochujang, and honey to make the sauce. Mix thoroughly. 2. In a large pot, create a base layer with sliced onions and chopped spring onions. 3. Add the washed soybean sprouts on top of the onions. 4. Layer the thinly sliced beef over the soybean sprouts. 5. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over all the ingredients in the pot. 6. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat. No additional water is needed as the vegetables will release moisture. 7. Halfway through cooking, open the pot and mix all the ingredients together. 8. Optionally, add enoki mushrooms and continue cooking with the lid on. 9. Once the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, give it a final stir. 10. Garnish with chopped spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. 11. Serve hot with steamed rice.
