tbsp mirin

bunch spring onion

cup soy sauce

clove garlic clove

tbsp sesame oil

lb short ribs
Instructions
1. Rinse the short ribs in cold water and pat dry. 2. In a blender, combine spring onions, garlic, onion, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and honey. 3. Blend until a smooth marinade is formed. 4. Place the short ribs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each piece is well-coated. 5. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight. 6. Heat a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. 7. Place the marinated ribs in the hot pan, being careful not to overcrowd it. 8. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. 9. Optionally, add more minced garlic and chopped spring onions on top while cooking. 10. Remove from the pan and let it rest for a minute before serving. 11. Serve with rice, perilla leaves, and kimchi for a traditional Korean meal.
