Instructions
1. Prepare the spicy Korean sauce (Yangnyeom) to your taste. 2. In a wide pot, add chopped onions and mushrooms. 3. Add a generous layer of soybean sprouts on top of the onions and mushrooms. 4. Place a layer of perilla leaves over the sprouts. 5. Add the blocks of instant ramen noodles on top of the perilla leaves. 6. Arrange the thinly sliced beef over the ramen noodles, covering the entire surface. 7. Pour the prepared spicy sauce evenly over the beef. 8. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium-high heat until the beef is mostly cooked and the vegetables have released moisture. 9. Uncover the pot and use tongs to mix all the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the noodles and beef are well-coated with the sauce. 10. Cover the pot again and let it cook for another 5 minutes. 11. Serve hot and enjoy.
