tbsp gochugaru

tbsp honey

seaweed

cup kimchi

pinch sesame seed

tbsp gochujang

tbsp sesame oil

udon noodles
lb pork belly
Instructions
1. Cook udon noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and place in cold water to stop the cooking process. 2. In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, mirin, gochugaru, sesame seeds, gochujang, and honey. Mix well. 3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and add it to the hot pan. Cook until lightly browned. 5. Add the kimchi to the pan with the pork belly and stir-fry for a minute. 6. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan. 7. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and other ingredients. 8. Stir-fry everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce and everything is heated through. 9. Garnish with torn seaweed before serving.
