Instructions
1. Prepare rice noodles according to package directions and set aside. 2. In a pot over medium-high heat, sear the thinly sliced beef. 3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 4. Pour water into the pot and bring to a simmer. 5. Season the broth with tuna sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine. 6. Add bean sprouts and the cooked rice noodles to the pot. 7. Add sliced onions, cilantro, and scallions, and stir briefly. 8. Transfer the noodle soup to a serving bowl. 9. Garnish with additional raw onion slices and fresh cilantro. 10. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired and serve immediately.
